Our Process
Initial Meeting
During our initial meeting our team will discuss all aspects of building your custom home. We go over your wants and needs of your future home and how we can implement them into a design that fits your style.
Plan Design
Before laying the foundation we will need to set your plans for your future home. This is where we 'nail down' your floor plan and overall design and meet with construction managers.
Choose Selections
The most exciting time where your plans turn into visual design. In this phase, you will meet with our interior designer and choose flooring, cabinets, paint swatches, counter tops and more!
